So we’ve been toiling away on Tyranny and been making progress legitimately. While I had mentioned the first siege has occurred on our server it comes as no surprise one of the guilds involved has been exploiting the fuck out of the game since the start. In the MMO community Ebonlore is pretty widely hated as they’ve exploited every game they’ve ever touched. So now that the word is out on them will we see bans start to occur? Probably not, even with everyone knowing about the shit they pull Funcom is so busy trying to finish their game up I doubt we’ll see anything occur for quite some time. But, let’s hope that everyones hard work doesn’t go to waste while these fucktards continue to take advantage of the game and ruin the world.

The craziness of the Spore Creators continues and now approaches very disturbing levels.

My favorite is still the Beholder from classic D & D and early Doom.

Over on Tyranny we’ve now completed the tier 1 requirements of the guild city, which is pretty good considering we’ve only got a handful of end-gamers, and can now begin gearing and gathering towards moving into end-game. Once at a tier 3 City Keep we’re able to secure a Battle Keep and begin defense of it in siege raids. But of course, that shit is beyond broken as Funcom continues to finish their game. Ebonlore has the first Battle Keep on Tyranny, which is no surprise as their army of 80’s has nothing better to do at this time. There has been the first siege in AoC as well, the failure attempt is documented here. So keep up that resource farming Hostiles!

Valve continues to release their class videos and this one’s the best yet. The aussie sniper really delves into his daily work and shows how much he loves his family. Finally, Firefox 3 is out!

There’s some pretty big gaming news that’s been surfacing lately. No, it’s not that you can now play Spore’s character creator. It’s about the big console boys and their jealousy of Nintendo technology. PS3 is rumoured to already have Wiimote style controller in the works, which isn’t a huge surprise. The big surprise is Microsoft. While it’s still just a rumour there is word a presentation got leaked that has the XBox poised to not only copy the Wii’s Mii system but also introduce controllers that will emulate the Wiimotes in use for a new style karoake game.
