Howard Stern continues to try and push the envelop with his newest stunt. Auctioning off a girls virginity is nothing new, back in the day this is basically what an arranged marriage was. You give me your cow and some gold, I give you my fresh daughter. Anyways, if you want to de-flower her you’ll need to head down to her sisters brothel to do the deed. Oh and if you dig her, it’ll set you back around $250 grand.
So like any good Canadian, on Saturday I am relaxing and watching American college football. Oh yes, eagerly awaiting the start of the Texas vs. UTEP game and what do I see on the good old ESPNage?? Some heavy petting. Take a look. Read more »
The Warhammer Open Beta opened yesterday and by all accounts by the people who jumped in the game is actually quite fun. While it bears a lot of resemblance to WoW and graphically isn’t anything too special the real meta is the Realm vs. Realm battling, the scenarios you can PvP in and that you can level purely via PvP. However, the open beta is quite short as the game release is set for September 18th. So, with only a bit over a week to give it a whirl you’re main objective should be figuring out which class you most enjoy and would want to play on release.
To start with, read this article that explains each of the classes from each side (Order vs. Destruction). An example of this, if you wanted to be a pure nuke style class then you’d try out either the Sorceress (Destruction) or the Bright Wizard (Order). Both of these classes are different in their own rights, one dabbles in dark magic while the other is all about fire. They also have different races that can be them but overall they are in the same family. Now you’ll want to bust out the Career Builder and figure out which trees you’d eventually build towards. Having a battleplan when it comes to player development is essential in todays MMO. So once you’ve figured out the classes you want to try it’s time to jump in the game and find some friends. You may need some help with this. We’ve begun by testing out Destruction on the server Crag Mere and will most likely have a guild for you all to join however the beta is just for testing, release is where the real fun will begin.
This is a great time for movies and shows. Some of the better movies of the year are in theaters and most of the top new shows are now beginning. So what better way to watch them from the comfort of your own home at your own godamn leisure! Here’s a few I’d recommend you grab if you aren’t clueless and have a torrent client installed.
Batman: The Dark Knight
The movie of the year was much hyped and very much worth that hype. If you haven’t had a chance to watch it yet then this is your chance as this rip is top quality, which it has to be for such an action packed and dark movie. The only knock on the rip is the watermarks which are popping up every 15 minutes. But so what, the movie rocks, the rip rocks WTF else can you expect for free?!
Iron Man
Again, they are really starting to nail comic book movies and this was another one definitely worth seeing. This rip is DVD quality but has english subtitles throughout and German subtitles for the foreign crap. But who cares, it’s perfect quality and again totally free!!
The Promotion
Here’s a movie you’ve most likely never heard of. A smaller comedy that stars Sean William Scott and John C. Reilly as they both compete for a managers job at a grocery store. While not insanely funny or anything it’s still a well done movie that you’d of most likely never even heard of.
How Not To Live Your Life
This is a new British comedy I ran across that is fucking hilarious. There’s 4 episodes already available and I highly recommend you grab them all. The story is simple. A dickhead named Don has his Grandma die and he inherits her house..and debts. Then the girl of his dreams needs a place to live and he accommodates. But the real star of the show is the format as whenever a situation comes up where multiple things could happen, they actually explore all the different things that should or shouldn’t happen.
Dexter
Season 3 is coming soon and episode 1 has been out for about a week. Last season of Dexter was epic and hopefully it continues on in the dark look into a forensics cop who is also a vigilante serial killer. If you haven’t ever watched this show, go and grab the first 2 seasons and catch up first.
Californication s2e1
Californication s2e2
David Duchovny may be a sex addict in real life but it only matters on television where we can see it happening. This series only has 1 season complete but every episode was like watching a fun trainwreck. Both of these episodes are leaked episodes from the new season but if you aren’t interested I’m sure they’ll be aired very soon.
True Blood
Here’s the first episode in the critically acclaimed new HBO vampire series. I haven’t had a chance to see it yet so can’t comment but it has all the makings to really have a strong bite. It’s got Anna Pacquin in it so I am sure some weirdos will have stalker style addiction to it. Check it out and see if it’s our cup of blood.

Everyone has been waiting patiently for the Ht tee’s I had promised I’d make and don’t worry I am actually quite close to having them completed. Just have to work out shipping costs and price them and we’re good to go. In the meantime though, if you’re jonesing for Ht gear why not grab this Obey product and you can wear it like all those gay hipsters who wear the poseur arab scarfs.

It’s that time of year again when both NHL titles go up against one another in the annual epic fail battle. Over the past few years the 2K series has been dominating but that was because EA didn’t have their priorities straight and kept releasing pretty bland versions. Well, a few years and a new dev team later and EA has taken over with great analog control and a very beautiful visual experience. 2K has had their gameplay continue to improve but it’s the rest of the product that has been less than stellar. So the question is, if you’re a hockey fan which do you get? Well if you enjoy online play then it’s easy, 2K dominates that portion. Until now. EA has released their coveted Be A Pro mode into NHL and have promised you can play full on 6 vs. 6 online games with all the Pro’s people level up. An MMO style sports game is a great idea except for the one fatal flaw. When the fuck will all 6 of your teammates ever be online at the same time? Try never. Online leagues do not work for christs sake. No one is ever on when you need them to be! Anyways, check out the video of the new feature. Read more »

I have always thought a Fallout FPS would be great and wasn’t overly surprised when it was announced. It hasn’t taken very long either for it to almost be complete and we’ll see it before the end of the year. But I dunno, now that the gameplay footage is out (check it out after the jump) I’m not all that amped for it anymore. It doesn’t look like much, just another standard shooter with sub par next gen graphics. Sure there will be RPG elements and a lot of apocalyptic steampunk culture but uh, I already finished BioShock. Read more »

The Hostile Ultimate Pool is in full wing, with Baseball wrapping up, Soccer underway, Football beginning tomorrow and Hockey now open. Most of the sports everyone is quite comfortable with but the one most of the Americans will have a tough time with is the Soccer league. With the EPL being run on a different site, a different format and with weird soccer schedules it’ll be tough for the hardcores to stay on top of everything. So when questioned by a few people why the fuck there isn’t games today try and remember that euro football is played a bit differently. Teams compete in their main league and also compete for league cups and try and get into the Champions League. As well, teams take breaks to allow international play. So just pay attention to when a week opens up and have your line-ups all ready to rock and you’ll do fine. Trust me, once you get a hang of it you’ll be loving the beautiful game, also as much as this guy.

I don’t know if any of you heard but a few Hostile’s have moved in together. That’s right, the azn addiction squad is now all under one roof. Ultracarl, Foodstamps and Cijid all took their love of doe eyed jailbaits and have combined into one Californian megaforce. You can expect countless nights of manga munching and anime feeding frenzies. Here’s a few shots of the new pad.

Let’s think back to a day when Netscape was the browser of choice. Internet Exploder quickly overthrew the ancient browser and took control of the known universe. But then the new thing was alternate browsers. Opera showed there was real alternatives for people who understood you didn’t have to be forced Explorer by Bills boys. The next fad of course was FireFox, a very robust browser with great customization if you weren’t using Firefox you were most likely clueless. Their latest version had the browser take a step back as bugs and other issues have plagued the men of Mozilla. Now Google, in their next step of world domination, have let loose the new kid on the block, Chrome. Will it be the next browser fad?
The football season is only a couple of days away with the Superbowl Champs kicking it all off on Thursday. The pools are all picked, line-ups are set and all that is left is the anticipation of the first kick-off of the season. One of the promotionals that always rocks is the Reebok Fantasy Files. There’s a bunch of new ones you may of missed, I’ve spammed all the ones I could find after the break.
Watch 14 of them. Read more »
One of my favorite classic movie franchises has to be Gremlins. C’mon, you remember the first time you saw it. How cute that li’l mogwai was. And then the Gremlin infestation, you crapped your pants admit it!! Well, if you had seen Gremlins 2 you’ll remember a scene in the movie theater where the Gremlins took over a bunch of clips and this continued on until Hulk Hogan showed up and scared them away. I know, ridiculous. Well some fanboy went and spent months recreating the horrific original piece into an updated PVR style approach. After the jump check out the video of it and the making of the whole thing. Read more »
