Everyone is scared of hackers.
They are going to break into your computer and steal your Facebook friends, oh no!!! The fact of the matter is, there’s not really many hackers out there. Someone who is able to hack a password is not a hacker, they are someone who knows how to find a tutorial on how to use word lists to spam a form. Someone who employs a bot to rape WoW is not a hacker. But of course the media will always call them LEET HAXORZ and equate them to terrorists. The 4chan crew did a funny one the other day. The Time’s Top 100 People poll had been posted and the 4channers noticed that the maker of 4chan was on the list! They quickly found out how the voting system worked and then decided to rape the system. Well, you can get all the details here if you want.

You know who I have the utmost respect for? Jeanne, [Ht]kart’s fiancee.
How this woman puts up with his incessant nerdiness is beyond me, she must really have a high threshold for pain to agree to be partnered with this weirdo for the rest of her life. Kart’s love of flash games, Star Trek and geekified things usually is a dealbreaker for women but there she is, still faithfully on his side (for now). Kart’s the one who really makes out well with this arrangement because he’d be a blithering pile of dorkmeat if she didn’t keep him in line.
