So I got to delve into Madden ’08 last night, as always Tiburon have made a very robust game with a ton of features and the yearly updates. Overall I can see why the rating has been good but in the end it’s just another iteration from the lazy EA twats. As with any EA title there’s bugs galore. My first game played, I am up by a point with under a minute left, the opposing team is in my red zone. I manage to force a fumble and get the ball Game over right? Nope, play under review and the call is reversed. I could live with that call except that exact same scenario happens for the next 2 plays as well and then they kick the field goal to win it. Fuck you Madden. Look for a review soon.

Looks like Toys R’ Us totally screwed the pooch and sold copies of BioShock today. Don’t go running out to grab some just yet, they have since pulled it from the shelves. You can attempt to find some on Ebay, of course. Word is the street date was not on any of the packaging or in the system inside Toys R’ Us, and thats why the early sales were widespread. Like all single player games, I’ll just be waiting for gamefly to ship me my copy.
