Someone unearthed this ancient interview with me back from the TF clan days. So, this interview is like 1998 or so and I am talking about a TF2 release date. How ironic that this many years later we’re still waiting on an official release date for the game! At least this time it’s a for sure thing. Anyways, funny read if you were around back in the day and were aware how famous Ht was.

I know we were all looking forward to a December release for the next installment of Pro Evo Soccer but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. The release date for Europe is October 25th, as noted before. However, now the North American release is pushed to Spring 2008, coinciding with the Wii release. If you can’t wait that long then you either import the Euro PC version or pick up the PS3 import version in October as no regional coding when played in HD because of the ATSC standard but that does mean you’d need to buy a PS3. And trust me, you don’t want to do that!
Gameweek 6 is in the books finally, with the International games last weekend it had been a 2 week break. That did allow alot of injuries to be healed and some players to shine outside of the EPL for us to pick-up for this week. Alc continues to hold onto the top spot with Bucky close behind and myself moving into 3rd with a monster week. Fluxcore has dipped to 4th and MrBuzzcut and Rumple are both 1 strong week away from contending. Alc still had the high week after some weirdness with player of the matches not tabulating but it all worked out in the end. Here’s the results:

I hate talking about Halo but how can we just ignore the largest console franchise when it’s due next week and there will be so many console kiddies to frag?! Yeah, I know. With their marketing blitz on the warpath it’s time to see if the game is even going to be worth purchasing. So far, the consensus is it’s pretty damn good.
Hellgate London Beta Signups Are Open
In spite of having the Crysis beta open and having the Team Fortress 2 “beta” open as well, another beta signup has popped up. The game I have been ragging on for quite a while finally opened signups for a chance to get into the beta.
Yes, it is Hellgate London.
Of course there are limitations like submitting your email does not guarantee a spot in the beta. More information is on the site itself which is right here.
I submitted my email but I will still rag on this game until it actually proves itself to me. I didn’t like how it looked and I get to rag on [Ht]wyld as well since he is in love with this game.

The first Corporate Pwn video was pretty hilarious. This one mimics the whole forum reply methodology that gets used on forums internet wide. pretty damn accurate I’d have to say! I hope they continue on with a full series of these as it’s such an inside joke to cool internet geeks like ourselves that regular folk just don’t get. And c’mon, inside jokes are the best!

Our East coast server is up and running, add it to your favorites. West coast servers are in the works. See the below post for the IPs to Gunny’s TF2.com Central servers. Just a heads up to anyone who crashes so often they can’t play, try updating your video drivers (Nvidia released new ForceWare drivers today) and lowering your sound quality. I did both of the above and also went back to my onboard sound card and something worked because I got to play TF2 for hours tonight. Its a long time coming.
