The Harry Potter franchise is pretty played out and has been looking at other avenues for storylines. So it came as no surprise when they approached members of the Hostile camp for inspiration. So look for the 7th sequel to the franchise soon with a very intriguing plot. Harry, played by kart of course, travels to the land of evil (California) to find the long lost Philipino hookers. But the desert land is hit with a freak snow storm and the evil Buck of Wyld comes to wreak havoc on poor Harry..err kart. Anyways, here’s the trailer.

I know I shouldn’t do this, as giving free MMO’s out usually makes people dissapear for years on end but while I was randomly surfing for arabian histute sites I stumbled upon an older yet much beloved game called A Tale In The Desert. If that one isn’t for you then go find a different one.

Quarterfinals in CEVO were tonight.

Some huge upsets; Saget in Tights falls to 407 Death Clan and Comedy Option falls to Adrenaline Gamer. No one saw those coming, well except me. I had a feeling with 2Forts being the map that something could be amiss. Stay tuned to TFTV to watch the footage tomorrow night.

Man, gaming has changed over the years. It’s too bad it’s come to this. People paying for other people to level them and feed them gold in MMO’s is what started this shit. Fuck you broke ass Romanian farmers! And now, with money being involved in tournaments for every freakin’ game people are getting ruthless and missing the point of playing games. To fucking ENJOY them. Like this lame COD4 level to 55 cheat. The game is amazing, half the fun is the challenges and earning your stripes. But people don’t give a shit and look for any advantage they can get. It’s even hit console games which you should also buy for enjoyment but no, with Achievement whores everywhere something like this is actually good news nowadays. Bullshit. What’s the point in competing with achievement points if you’re just going to hand ‘em out for free??

Even though we’ve been eliminated in CEVO with our first TF2 loss I was looking forward to the Teamfortress.Tv guys re-cap of the playoff matches. They get into the demos and actually do very well integrated highlights of each of the matches. Since we got dissed pretty hard with the ‘Steamroll of the Week’ last episode and didn’t end up getting steamrolled we were curious to see how the results would be portrayed. Pretty funny montage to be honest.

So if you play TF2 you most likely play on our servers on occasion. Well now you have more of a reason as we’ve integrated HLStatsX onto all the servers. HLStats gives a point per kill or deducts points per death to give you an RPG element to you pubbing experience. Some like it, some hate it, some get obsessed with it.

Check it out.

It will compile all of the servers stats into one overall database so when you view the Player Rankings you’ll se who is in the top 10 on all Hostile servers, not just one. It will even track your clans progress so get some back-up when pubbing. If any of you have played CounterStrike you’ll know that there is an in-game display to track each kills points worth however we haven’t activated the plug-ins on the servers yet but stay tuned, we just might go and turn them on. In the meantime, go rack up some killer kills per death ratio and don’t camp too hard, we can look and see if it’s just a bunch of crappy sentry kills or not!
